HappyBooks creates personalised printed children's books using AI-generated text and illustrations based on photos and descriptions you provide. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photos you upload, and that the content you provide does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant HappyBooks a limited licence to use your photos and description solely to generate and fulfil your order.
You may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are in USD and include standard shipping to supported countries. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Once your order is submitted to print it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If your book arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund your order. We are not responsible for errors in the content you provided.
HappyBooks is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for your order.
